PBC Week 4 : What is the best way to persuade others?

In my opinion, the best way to persuade others is 'trust' because people will feel comfortable and likely to deal business when they have some trust. And people don't like to get hurted their feelings and feel like to get respect.

The Story plot


The architect Michael Newman has a typical middle-class family with his lovely and gorgeous wife Donna and their son Ben and daughter Samantha, and a constant visit of his parents. However, Michael is workaholic and under stress, trying to satisfy his boss with overwork and get a partnership in his company, giving priority to his work and neglecting the family issues. When the tired Michael goes to a department store to buy an universal remote control, he rests on a bed and he meets the weird salesman Morty that offers him a remote control capable of controlling his own universe. Michael uses too much and loses the control of the device, having his own life controlled by the remote control. Then Michael sees the worthwhile parts of his personal life he missed while working, and in the end of his life he lately concludes that the family comes first.


In my opinion, when we living our life we should have concious all time, like we living by brain and heart then we won't regret what we just lost and didn't hurted somebody feeling.

In the Leading Others chapter I learned how to build Esprit De Corps, managing others and building alliances. These are all powerful elements for a person who is going to be in management position and going to be a leader. And this chapter can help you to improve your perspective at work.

PBC Week9 Empowering Yourself

I learned about Empowering Yourself, it's about the work culture that feel your opinion matters and let the employees feel confident to apply in many situations. And the five Ins of Empowerment is really interesting for me it's including

In my opinion, this movie told me that best happiness is not depend on wealthy and living in fabulous lane, it's depend onyou are proud of what you got also what you still got is good, living by optimistic and you will see that your life is beautiful.

Event 2: Accident Insurance Group

1. For informal communication is staff received text message about notifying staff of dismissal, because we don’t know who is sender and don't know it is the truth or not. And formal communication is the Chairman of the company decision to tell workers that he was not sent text message, because we know who is sender and know it is the truth.

2. The sender want to send the message for make staff confuse.

3. In this event have the message that successful and unsuccessful. The message that unsuccessful is someone's message because the staff don't know who is sender, it's truth or not. So, it's just make the stuff confuse, don't make the staff believe. The message that successful is the Chairman’s message because the staff know who is sender, it's the truth and the important is it can make the staff understand.

4. Skills and attitude of the receiver: we can see in this event the receiver(staff) they don't know who is sender, they maybe think it’s not believable, they then don't believe immediately, but when they get the message from the Chairman they think it's believable because they know who is sender. So this skill is very important.

5. We advise this company, they should to tell the staff first that " if we have something to tell you, we will tell by our own so you don't believe from others". I think if the company do like this the staff of them will believe just the thing that they tell don't believe the information from others.

PBCW 13 Songkran Holidays :)

In this week I didn’t have any study class because it’s a long holidays for Songkran (Water Festival) and I haven’t done all class works yet :P I spent these long holidays with my family and visited my grandparents after that, I left Saraburi to enjoyed Songkran in Bangkok and then, I came back to Bangsaen to joined Songkran here  my water splashing wasn’t finished yet I had a dance job with my friends at Hard Rock Café Pattaya for Wan Lai on 19 April!! And I felt unwell after finished my water splashing time.

Role Of ICT In this topic Business Communication I learned about how to make communication successful, it's not only about the ability of the sender, it's also about the receiver and the environment. And the medium is how you choose to sending your message in each ways such as telephone, letters, memo and email etc. So successful in business communication is about both senders and receivers get the infomation and understand it in the same way.

The Rio Rumpus! Business Communication Activity

    The communication processes in your organization was handled both professionally and unprofessionally. We feel Rio Ferdinand’s incident was due to his own negligence. We feel that there is no need to change anything dealing with communication it seems to be functioning properly. All players have taken care of their responsibilities except for the case concerning Rio Ferdinand.

Press conferences that accurately informed the media that Rio Ferdinand had been suspended for 8 months due to a drug test he did not attend.

The person was very successful in communicating the information; the press conference was very informative and punctual about their team’s current status. However this precaution will advise Ferdinand to be more responsible for his actions which has cost the team to lose a defender for England squad to go to Turkey for the European Championship and tarnishes the name of the team and needs more notification for players.
